Hi! I'm Shaylee Allred, the owner of Love & Lore Bookstore.

If you've ever thought, "Wow, this girl is completely surrounded by books," you'd be absolutely right. I read constantly, I created and host two romance book conventions, and now I'm living my biggest dream by opening my very own bookstore.

Love & Lore is tucked away in the tiny town of Huntington, Utah. Our community desperately needed a bookstore, and I couldn't be happier that I get to be the one to bring it here. My hope is that it becomes the kind of place where you feel safe, find your next favorite book, and leave with a big ol' stack of books that make you happy!

One of my favorite things to think about is my 14-year-old self. She got teased relentlessly for always reading, but she never stopped. If you had told her that one day she'd own a bookstore she probably would've cried... and then immediately gone back to reading.

Books have always been my happy place, and now I get to share that with all of you. Whether you're a lifelong reader or just starting out, I'm so happy you're here!!
